1. Is it safe to purchase a product from your site?

2. Can I test the software before purchasing it?

Yes. All AudKit products offer a trial version for users to test the performance. You can download it to have a try before you buy it.

3. What is the difference between a trial version and paid version?

The functions between the trial version and the full version are totally the same. The only difference is that the trial version limits you to convert the first minute of each track.

4. What payment methods can I use?

We use reliable third-party payment system, Paddle as our checkout system. It supports most of the popular payment methods like a credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, etc.

5. How do I know whether my order is successful or not?

When the order is successful, you will receive a confirmation email and another email with your registration info from the Paddle platform within 1 hour or so. If you didn’t receive it, please check your spam folder. Otherwise, please contact our support team directly.

6. Can I buy a physical CD or download online directly?

Sorry to say that we don’t offer physical CD copies currently as the software keeps updating to ensure it works with other systems and apps. You are highly recommended to download the digital copy of the software from our website directly.

7. What should I do if I bought the wrong product?

Take it easy! You can purchase the right product and contact us to issue a refund for the wrong product. Or you can directly ask us to modify the license code to the right product or version.

8. Can I request a refund?

Yes, you can when you are under acceptable circumstances. Please check the Refund Policy to see whether you are eligible for a 30-day money-back guarantee.

9. Can I get a free license for AudKit software?

Yes. We offer a variety of promotion types for users to get a free license for AudKit products. For more detailed options, please read on how to win a free license!

10. How to cancel my AudKit subscription?

Please check your AudKit order confirmation email in advance. Click on the ‘please review your subscription‘ words in your email to manage your subscription. Then, you can tap the ‘Cancel Subscription‘ button to cancel your AudKit subscription.
If you can’t find the order confirmation email anymore, you can contact our support team or Paddle support team to cancel your subscription as well.

Part 2. Technical FAQs

1. Can I install an AudKit application on my mobile devices?

No. At present, All AudKit products are compatible with desktop systems, including Windows and Mac operating systems. So you can’t install AudKit programs on your mobile devices.

2. What can I do when the “Check for Updates” doesn’t work?

If you get an error message noting failed to update it, it could be caused by the server issue. Please navigate to the Download Center to download the installation package and update our software to the latest version.

3. Why I can convert 100 Spotify songs in one playlist only at a time?

According to the Spotify API limitation, we can only analyze 100 songs in one playlist at a time. If you’d like to convert over 100 tracks, please create more playlists to add your songs.

Part 3. Registration FAQs

1. Where can I find the license code after payment?

The registration code will be sent to the email address that you used to purchase our software within 1 hour or so. Also, please check your spam folder. Or you can directly contact us via, and we will resend it to you soon.

2. How to register AudKit software?

After you open the AudKit program, please go to the Menu bar at the top right corner for Windows users or click the ‘AudKit program’ from the Apple menu bar for Mac users to choose the “Register” option.
It will pop up the registration interface, in which you can fill in with your license name and code. Please click the ‘OK’ to register AudKit software successfully.

3. Why is there a ‘registration code is invalid’ error?

Please check again whether you input the licensed name and code correctly. And try to copy and paste to input the license info. Make sure you have purchased and downloaded the right software and the right version. You can also contact us to get further help.

4. Can I switch my license code for Windows to Mac or vice versa?

You can do that within 7 days after you purchased our software. Otherwise, you need to purchase the new one for different platforms as Mac and Windows OS are standalone systems.

5. Can I use my AudKit software on a new computer?

All our licenses for AudKit tools are life-time use and update on the specified platform. If you purchased a Single License version, you can’t use it on a new computer. We highly recommend you to purchase the Family License or Unlimited License package to use our software on multiple devices.
